Construction has began today on the Village Hall/Library building to replace our leaking and aged roof. The bid for work was awarded to Tower Roofing Co., Inc. Below is the loose timeline for the next couple weeks:
Mobilization 10/18/2016
Roof removal 10/19 – 10/21
Roof replacement 10/19 – 10/28
Flashings 10/24 – 10/28
Masonry 10/20 – 10/28
All work is expected to be complete no later than November 1, 2016.
