If you’re planning to build, do improvements, or install a mobile home on your Village property, please call the Code Enforcement Officer (Mike Katchmir/607.589.4051) to make him aware of your plans. Depending on the job, you may or may not require a permit prior to the start of your project.
If a permit is required, you can pick up an application at our office (138 Main Street) or download the necessary form below. All permits are currently $50.00 and require payment when you drop the application at our office.

After your application is received and approved by the Code Enforcement Officer, you will be issued your final permit. This must be placed within clear view somewhere close to the improvement project site.
